Loyalty Program Case Study at EIG Copenhagen

The nice people at EIG have kindly asked me to present on building casino loyalty programmes at this year's EIG Expo on September 16th. It's an event I'm certainly looking forward to, as EIG is quickly becoming Europe's premier iGaming symposium. Many of the true leaders and innovators in our industry are set to give interesting talks, and I for one am looking forward to hearing from them. While I've been helping companies develop loyalty programs for much of the last six years, I'm routinely forced to rethink all my past assumptions on how these programs should be constructed and how they should perform (not to mention all the stuff I've learned along the way from the hits and misses). Much of that comes down to varying business goals throughout the companies I've worked with, but more importantly the constantly evolving internet culture is forcing all of us to rethink everything we do in order to improve our bottom lines more effectively. So I figured this blog would be a great way to start discussing loyalty techniques and objectives as I prepare this presentation. I'd also love to hear what experiences others have had and get feedback on some of the things I'm thinking through at the moment as it relates to the future of online loyalty, particularly in iGaming. And if you're planning to attend EIG this year, I'd love to hear from you. ---- UPDATE Some of you have contacted me about when this session will be held. You will be able to catch it on September 16th (Day 2) at 12:30. And here's the link to the full agenda that day: http://www.eigexpo.com/2009/?page=agenda2
